Herbed Vinaigrette

This dressing is so flavorful and full of herbs. What a better way to use those herbs from your herb garden. You can prepare this and store it and use it on any salad combination you like. Fresh veggies from your garden or you can even marinate your choice of meat with it.

Ingredients

• 2  tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
• 1  tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
• 2  teaspoons sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
• 3  tablespoons tarragon vinegar or 3  tablespoons white wine vinegar
• 2  tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Directions

1. In small bowl or a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine all ingredients and blend or shake until sugar is dissolved.
2. Add dressing to favorite salad combination.
