Herbed Lentil Casserole

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup lentils, uncooked
- 2 2⁄3 cups water
- 1⁄2 cup brown rice, uncooked
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 1⁄4 cups white wine
- 1⁄2 teaspoon basil leaves
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄4 teaspoon thyme
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine all ingredients except cheese in an ungrease 1 1/2 quart casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
- Spread cheese on top and bake for additional 5 minutes.
