Ingredients
- 16 chicken tenderloins, cut in half
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Mix the tenderloins with paprika, thyme,oregano, chili pepper and pepper in a bowl.
- Stir in the olive oil and lemon juice to form a paste and coat the chicken with the paste.
- Heat a little oil in a heavy based pan and add the tenderloins.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes,each side, turning once,until cooked through.
