Herbed Burgundy Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄3 lbs hamburger
- 2 tablespoons dry red wine
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herb (thyme, chives, sage, and or or parsley)
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
Directions
- Prepare hot grill. In a medium bowl, mix beef with wine, herbs, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Divide into 4 patties.
- Place patties on oiled grill. Grill, turning once, until lightly charred on the outside, but still pink in the middle.
- Meanwhile toast buns. Serve burgers on the buns.
