Herbal Foot Soak for the Princess in You

This is just what I like at the end of a long tiring day. It relieves my sore feet and relaxes a fazzled mind. Top it off with a pedicure and your feet will feel like new! Directions

  1. Heat the water in a pot.
  2. Stir in the dried marjoram, epsom salts and baking soda.
  3. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
  4. In the meantime, remove any nailpolish from your toe nails, wash your feet and gather all the tools required for your pedicure.
  5. Pour water in the basin.
  6. Sit down on a chair and slip your feet into the basin.
  7. Relax for 10 minutes.

  10. While your feet are still in water, use the pumice stone to rub away any dead skin or calluses on your toes and heels.
  11. Remove feet from water.
  12. Pat dry.
  13. Use an orange stick to push cuticles back.
  14. DO NOT CUT THE CUTICLES.
  15. Trim or file your nails now.
  16. Massage a thick cream into your feet.
  17. I use recipe 64573{Foot Cooling Cream}.
  18. Wipe off any excess cream from nails.
  19. Dab nails with a bit of mineral oil.
  20. Buff until they shine.
  21. Now feel the Princess/Queen in you and smile!
