Herb Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1⁄3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons Italian herb seasoning
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Mix garlic, vinegar, herbs and mustard in a small bowl.
- Whisk in the oils slowly, blending until mixture thickens. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
