Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 6 medium red potatoes, cut into chunks
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except potatoes in lightly greased baking pan.
- Toss with mustard mixture.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes stirring occasionally.
