Herb Cheese Sauce for Fish

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1⁄3 cup cottage cheese
- 4 teaspoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dill
- 1⁄4 teaspoon basil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a heavy pan.
- Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until cheese melts and is thick.
- To serve, spoon it over cooked fish fillets.
