Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup creme fraiche
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons snipped chives
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cracked black peppercorns
- 4 ounces soft fresh goat cheese
Directions
- In a food processor, process crème fraiche, parsley, chives, garlic and peppercorns until smoothly blended, scraping sides of bowl if necessary.
- Add goat cheese and process until smooth, 30 seconds.
