Hellmann's Grilled Asian Kabobs

Ingredients
- 1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup apricot preserves
- 1 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger, ground
- 1 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients and reserve 1/3 cup.
- Thread shrimp onto 8 skewers.
- Brush shrimp with the sauce and grill until they turn pink.
- Serve with reserved sauce.
