Heidelburg Soup

Ingredients
- 5 medium potatoes, diced
- 3 medium onions, diced
- 5 cups water
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cans cream or 2 cans celery soup (or 1 can cream celery 1 can cream mushroom)
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
Directions
- cook the onion and potatoes in a 5 cups of water until tender.
- add the frozen veggies and cook until hot.
- add the cans of soups and velveeta cheese stir until the cheese melts.
