Heidelburg Soup

Ingredients

  • 5  medium potatoes, diced
  • 3  medium onions, diced
  • 5  cups water
  • 1 (16 ounce) package  frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2  cans  cream or 2  cans  celery soup (or 1 can cream celery 1 can cream mushroom)
  • 1  lb Velveeta cheese

Directions

  1. cook the onion and potatoes in a 5 cups of water until tender.
  2. add the frozen veggies and cook until hot.
  3. add the cans of soups and velveeta cheese stir until the cheese melts.
