Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2⁄3 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced cilantro
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a zip top bag and add meat.
- Leave in refrigerator for at least four hours.
