Heavenly Whole Wheat Bread

Yields: 1 1/2 pound loaf
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄8 cups warm temperature water
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour or 1 cup bread flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 4 tablespoons margarine or 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon gluten powder
- 1⁄4 cup instant potato flakes
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions
- Mix all in your bread machine, in order to your machines instructions.
- Press start, for a basic light crusted bread.
- Watch as machine is kneading making any adjustments as needed.
- Flour is tempermental, so it could use a little more water, or a little more flour.
- Should be a ROUND soft sticky ball of dough.
- Remove after baked to cool.
