Heavenly Whipped Cream

This whipped cream will take you back to old holidays. My Aunt and Grandma taught me this. I can't have it in the house too often. You can substitute the sugar with Stevia to cut on the sugar. Show more

  1. Chill a metal mixing bowl. You can use glass if you don't have metal, but metal works better. (This keeps it from separating and gathering that liquid on the bottom when you save it).
  2. Pour all ingredients together and turn on high in the Kitchen-aid till soft peaks form.
  3. Taste it.
  4. If it needs more sugar, add some -- you can leave some out though.
  5. Serve immediately, or save till later.
