Heavenly Hash

Ingredients
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust
- 3 egg whites
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 cup sugar
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple, not drained
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- chopped nuts (optional)
Directions
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Add sugar and cream of tartar.
- Spread mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
- Spread pineapple into cooled crust.
- Mix whipping cream and powdred sugar.
- Spread over pineapple.
- Sprinkle with nuts, to taste. (optional).
- Chill.
