Heath Bar Cake

Ingredients

• For Cake

• 1 (18 1/2ounce) package  chocolate cake mix
• 3  ounces chocolate pudding
• 1  egg
• 2  egg whites (save yolks for frosting)
• 1 1⁄2 cups water
• 1⁄2 cup  oil

• For frosting

• 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
• 1  cup powdered sugar
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 2  egg yolks
• 8  ounces Cool Whip

Directions

1. For cake:
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bland all ingredients until moist. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
3. For frosting:
4. With beater, cream butter, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla. Fold in cool whip. Frost after cake is completely cooled. Sprinkle with crushed Heath bars.
