Heath Bar Cake

Ingredients
For Cake
- 1 (18 1/2ounce) package chocolate cake mix
- 3 ounces chocolate pudding
- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites (save yolks for frosting)
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 1⁄2 cup oil
For frosting
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 egg yolks
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
Directions
- For cake:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bland all ingredients until moist. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
- For frosting:
- With beater, cream butter, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla. Fold in cool whip. Frost after cake is completely cooled. Sprinkle with crushed Heath bars.
