Hearty Seed Bread for Bread Machine

A whole grain seed bread from a bread machine book, don't recall name of the book.

• Yields: 1 loaf

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups water
• 1  tablespoon  vegetable oil
• 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 2  tablespoons honey
• 1 1⁄2 cups bread flour
• 1 1⁄2 cups whole wheat bread flour
• 2  tablespoons  raw sesame seeds
• 2  tablespoons  unsalted raw sunflower seeds
• 2  tablespoons poppy seeds
• 3  tablespoons  brown flax seeds or 3  tablespoons  golden flax seeds
• 1  teaspoon bread machine yeast

Directions

1. Place ingredients into bread machine in order listed. When you add the flour be sure to cover the liquid completely.
2. Bake on the whole grain bread cycle.
3. Let cool in pan 15 minutes.
4. Cool completely on a rack before bagging it.
