Hearty Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup butter
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar (or Libby's Pumpkin Pie)
- 3 eggs
- 16 ounces pumpkin (Libby's Pumpkin Pie in a Can is 16oz Pumpkin + 1 Cup Sugar + Spices) or 16 ounces Libby's canned pumpkin (Libby's Pumpkin Pie in a Can is 16oz Pumpkin + 1 Cup Sugar + Spices)
- 3 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder (if not using pumpkin pie mix)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon clove (if not using pumpkin pie mix)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg (if not using pumpkin pie mix)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon allspice (if not using pumpkin pie mix)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon (if not using pumpkin pie mix)
Directions
- Mix butter, sugar, and eggs and until fluffy.
- Stir pumpkin in to wet mixture.
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Stir dry ingredients into wet mixture.
- Pour into greased and floured baking dish.
- Bake at 325 until done (60 to 70 minutes for a big loaf, I always make smaller loafs that take less time).
