Ingredients

  • 2  cups oats
  • 2  cups  oat bran
  • 2  cups  spelt, flakes
  • 1  cup raisins
  • 12 cup  seeds
  • 14 cup flax seed
  • 14 cup milk, thistle seed
  • 14 cup  chia seeds

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients and stir.
  2. Place in refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
  3. Add milk, water or even juice and enjoy.
