Fast and easy, as no precooking of macaroni is required. Lower fat items and no salt added make this dish somewhat better than others for those watching fat/sodium intake.   1. Put dry macaroni in a greased 9x13 casserole. Dot with margarine.
  2. Spoon cottage cheese over macaroni, spreading evenly.
  3. Pour boiling water evenly over all. Top with the slices of cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
