Heart Cookies (Sugar Cookies)

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 6 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup shifted flour
Directions
- cream the butter and sugar together thoroughly. add the egg yolk and vanilla, beat well. Stir in flour. on a lightly floured surface, roll out dough 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick. cut out hearts with a cookie cutter and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. decorate with candy sugar. bake for 5-7 min at 350.
