Healthy Wake up Shake

Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1  small banana
  • 34 cup skim milk
  • 12 cup  nonfat sugar-free fruit yogurt (I recommend strawberry)
  • 14 cup  orange juice

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
