Healthy Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 2 egg whites
- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1⁄4 cup nonfat milk
- 1⁄2 cup onion, diced
- 1⁄2 cup carrot, shredded
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1⁄2 cup tomato paste
- 4 tablespoons water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix together turkey, egg whites, bread crumbs, milk, onion, carrots, 1 t Italian seasoning, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Press into loaf pan.
- Whisk together tomato paste, water and remaining Italian seasoning. Spoon on top of meatloaf.
- Bake for 50 minutes.
