Healthy Turkey Bacon Melts

Ingredients
- 3 slices turkey bacon
- 1 whole wheat English muffin
- 2 slices tomatoes
- 2 slices low-fat cheese
Directions
- preheat oven to 400f degrees.
- cook turkey bacon according to package.
- place muffin halfs face up on baking sheet. top each with slice of tomato, cheese, and 3 half slices of the turkey bacon.
- bake in oven for 3 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- serve and enjoy!
