Healthy Tacos

Ingredients
- 6 taco shells
- 1 lb ground buffalo meat
- 1 1⁄4 ounces taco seasoning, packet
- 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
Directions
- Cook meat. Add taco seasoning until well blended. In each taco shell, place a generous amount of meat. Top with cheddar cheese, bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese melts. Pull out of oven, top with shredded lettuce, salsa, and sour cream if desired. Serve with a side of organic corn or other vegetables.
