Healthy Strawberry Milkshake

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup soft tofu (or use ice cream if you don't want the soy)
- 1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed (optional)
- 2 teaspoons wheat germ (optional)
Directions
- Place all ingredients in the blender. Process until smooth anad frothy.
- Pour into a tall glass, and drink immediately. Enjoy!
