Healthy Oatmeal Walnut Bread (For the Bread Machine)

Yields: 1 1 1/2 LB Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon yeast
- 1 cup wheat flour, whole grain
- 2 cups wheat flour, whole grain
- 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons gluten
- 1⁄2 cup walnut halves
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
Directions
- Add water, yeast, and 1 cup flour to bread pan. Mix 10 minutes. Turn off/reset machine
- Add rest of ingredients in order given
- Program machine for to be finished the next morning (I used 'quick white' setting, 1 1/2 LB loaf, light crust). Press start
- Wake up to delicious bread!
