Healthy Oat Bran Banana Nut Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Mix milk, bananas, egg whites, oil & vanilla in a bowl or blender.
  4. Combine well with the dry ingredients.
  5. Line muffin pan with paper baking cups, filling them with batter.
  6. Bake 15 minutes, watching closely, you do not want to over bake.
  7. Let cool and enjoy!
