Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1⁄4 ground flax seeds
- 1⁄4 wheat germ
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons chocolate whey protein powder
- 21 g stevia (6 packets)
- 1⁄4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup skim milk
- 1⁄4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients together.
- Grease or line with muffin cups a 12 muffin tray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
