Ingredients
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1⁄8 cup toasted wheat germ
- 1⁄8 cup flax seed meal
- 1⁄8 cup flax seed
- 1⁄2 cup protein powder
- 1⁄4 cup graham flour
- 1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄8 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
- 1⁄8 cup Splenda granular, artificial sweetener
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons oil
- 1⁄4 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup carrot, pulp (may omit)
- 1 cup nuts
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1⁄2 cup applesauce
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 & grease cookie sheet.
- Mix dry ingredients in small bowl.
- Mix other ingredients in medium bowl.
- Mix together.
- Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
