Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄4 cup skim milk powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄3 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 cup applesauce
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup egg white
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
- Combine all dry ingredients.
- Mix oil, apple sauce, milk, apple juice and egg whites together.
- Add wet to dry ingredients, and mix just until all combined.
- Pour into muffin tins, greased with cooking spray.
- Bake at 375°F.
