Healthy Low Calorie Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1⁄2 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 small banana, mashed
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 large pinch salt
- 1⁄4 cup golden raisin
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 and spray 4 large muffin tin liners with cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients, and divide between muffin tin liners.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until nicely browned.
