Healthy-Ish Chewy No-Bake Cookies

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup fructose
- 1⁄2 cup soymilk
- 1⁄4 cup margarine
- 1⁄2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 1⁄2 cups quick oats
Directions
- Combine cocoa, fructose, milk, and margarine in a saucepan and bring to a full boil.
- Boil for 1.5 minutes.
- Immediately remove from heat and stir in Peanut Butter, vanilla, and oats.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
