Healthy Hot Wings

Ingredients
- 6 chicken wings
- seasoning salt
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- louisiana hot sauce
Directions
- Separate wings and remove tips (to make like buffalo wings).
- Rinse wings with cold water and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Season wings to your taste and add hot sauce to your taste as well.
- Mix around until evenly coated.
- Place wings in a large baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam or lined with foil.
- Bake in oven for 45 minutes.
- Let cool and serve with fat free ranch or blue cheese dressing.
