  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients and seasonings in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients together, then stir into the dry ingredients.
  4. Stir well to mix thoroughly.
  5. Spread the mixture into two baking dishes.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until evenly golden brown.
  7. Stir every 10-15 minutes to ensure even browning.
  8. If you use dried fruit, stir it in once the granola has cooled. Store in the refrigerator.
