Healthy(Er) Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup butter
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3⁄4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1⁄4 cup wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1⁄2 cups raisins
Directions
- Cream butter, sugars and egg.
- Add all other ingredients except raisins and mix well.
- Stir in raisins.
- Form into balls, place onto lightly greased cookie sheets, and flatten slightly with a floured fork.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
