Healthy Drop Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 3⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1⁄2 cups Splenda granular (sugar substitute)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup natural applesauce
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar (optional)
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl, stir together flour, sweetener, baking soda and baking powder (and cinnamon sugar, if desired).
- 2. Add applesauce, egg whites and vanilla. Stir well.
- 3. Drop generous tablespoonfuls of dough onto greased cookie sheet. (Optional: sprinkle more sweetener or cinnamon sugar on top).
- 4. Bake for 7 minutes, or until edges brown slightly.
