Healthy Dehydrated Juice Bites

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup rice
- 1 cup beet juice, parsley juice, apple juice or 1 cup carrot juice
- 1 cup pulp from juice
- 1⁄2 cup whole flax seed
- 1 egg
Directions
- juice chosen vegetables to make 1 cup of juice.
- place juice in rice steamer with rice for 45 minutes.
- after steaming, add pulp, flax & egg. shape into little balls & dehydrate 12 hours. if you don't have a dehydrater, put in oven at lowest temp & keep door open a crack.
