Ingredients
- 1⁄8 cup canola oil
- 1⁄8 cup avocado
- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3⁄4 cup flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄3 cup oats
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- mix together first four ingredients til well blended and creamy.
- mix in egg white and vanilla.
- next, add in dry ingedients and mix very well.
- refrigerate dough for at least 1 hour.
- carefully shape into 1 inch balls.
- bake for 8 minutes on parchment lined baking sheet (or until set).
- cool 1 minute on pan and 5 minutes on rack.
