  1. preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. mix together first four ingredients til well blended and creamy.
  3. mix in egg white and vanilla.
  4. next, add in dry ingedients and mix very well.
  5. refrigerate dough for at least 1 hour.
  6. carefully shape into 1 inch balls.
  7. bake for 8 minutes on parchment lined baking sheet (or until set).
  8. cool 1 minute on pan and 5 minutes on rack.
