Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 cup apple, diced
- 1⁄2 cup dates, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup quick oats
Directions
- Mix together cream cheese, lemon juice, and milk.
- Add apples, nuts, and dates.
- Form into small balls.
- Roll in oats.
