Healthy Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1⁄2 cup prune baby food
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine cocoa, flour and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Using a wooden spoon or electric mixer on low speed, blend together brown sugar, prunes, butter, egg whites and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture and blend after each addition.
- Spray an 8x8 inch baking pan with non stick spray and pour batter into pan then spread evenly. Bake for 20-22 minutes until edges are dry to the touch but middle appears fudge like. Do not over bake or product will be dry.
- Remove from oven and let cool in pan before slicing.
- For maximum moistness, store squares in an airtight container.
