Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup mixed vegetables
- 2 chicken breasts, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 medium potatoes, chopped
Directions
- Spray a larg skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place chopped potatoes in the skillet, and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the onions and cook until they're turning translucant.
- Add veggies and chicken, and cook until done.
