Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 3⁄4 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1⁄3 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
Directions
- In a blender or food processor, combine mayonnaise, cottage cheese, buttermilk, and onion.
- Process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and process 10 seconds more.
- Cover and refrigerate. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
