Ingredients
- 1 avocado, halved and pitted
- 3 cups milk, 2% fat or 3 cups fat, free
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 6 tablespoons sugar, you can also substitute it with same amount of honey
- 1 cup ice
Directions
- Combine everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve in tall glasses and enjoy!
