Healthy and Tasty Tuna Cakes

Ingredients
- 2 (4 ounce) cans tuna in water, well drained
- 1⁄2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 2 large eggs
- 1⁄2 cup plain low fat Greek yogurt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon jane's krazy mixed up garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
Directions
- Mix everything together except for the oil. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. When hot, measure 1/4 cup mixture for each cake. Fry cakes 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown. The other option is spray a tin and cook them on the grill. Enjoy!
