  1. Mix everything together except for the oil. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. When hot, measure 1/4 cup mixture for each cake. Fry cakes 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown. The other option is spray a tin and cook them on the grill. Enjoy!
