Healthiest Stir-Fry With Veggies and Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1⁄2 baby carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 lb asparagus
- 1⁄4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Slice all of your veggies into thin strips about 3 inch long. Set aside.
- Cut your chicken into small bites.
- In a woke heat up the olive oil and brown the chicken. Set aside.
- Add more oil if needed and stir fry your veggies for about 5 min or until golden color. Add the cooked chicken to that and continue frying for 2-4 more minute.
- Turn off the heat and season with soy sauce, 5 drops of sesame oil and the honey. You can adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
