Healthier Than Kfc's Cole Slaw

Ingredients
- 16 ounces coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage with carrot)
- 1⁄2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1⁄3 cup Splenda granular
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
- Pulse cole slaw mix in a food processor until finely chopped, or chop by hand.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl with a whisk.
- Add cole slaw mix, stirring well.
- Chill several hours before serving.
