Healthier Pumpkin Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 4 cups solid pack pumpkin
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups packed brown sugar
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 4 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking soda
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups carob chips
- 2 cups peanut butter chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Put oatmeal in blender/food processor and grind until fine powder.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Drop by rounded teaspoons on baking sheets.
- Bake for 10 minutes on slightly greased sheet pan. Remove from tray immediatly.
