Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 14 ounces tomatoes and green chilies
- 1⁄2 cup oat bran
- 1⁄2 cup flax seed
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
Directions
- Mix thoroughly.
- Place in greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
