Healthier Dairy-Free Low-Fat Brownies

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup cocoa, sifted
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 5 ounces canola oil
- chocolate chips or nuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Lightly grease a lamington tin, or 2 square cake tins.
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Place in oven for 20-30 minutes or until coming apart at sides.
- Sift icing sugar on top to serve.
